Hello, my names Rich, and I have a passion for design and construction that has led me to pursue this idea. The effort began with a vision to help my clients achieve a project end goal that they were happy and satisfied with that met initial project plans and budget. Too many times in my dealings with projects do self interests of contractors and design professionals overwhelm the client, leaving them exhausted and uninformed enough to make quality decisions. My goal is to help clients navigate these big decisions so that their ideas and goals become reality and not another bad design.
